EXTRA PERSON SURCHARGE
If an extra bed is added, the surcharge is: 400,000 VND/bed/person.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
– Cancellation made more than 48 hours before check-in: deposit will be refunded.
– Cancellation made within 48h to 24h before check-in: 50% of the deposit will be charged.
– Cancellation made less than 24h before check-in: 100% of the deposit will be charged.
In case of force majeure (natural disasters, floods, earthquakes,…), if the guest cannot proceed with the trip, the check-in date can be rescheduled, and the deposit will be retained for 06 months.
